Job Description:
Laura Park Designs is seeking a self-motivated, creative Content Creator/Social Media Specialist to enhance our digital presence and grow our online community. This role will plan and execute engaging content across the Laura Park Designs and Laura Park Interiors social accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. Working closely with the marketing team, this position will bring the brand to life through photography, Reels, TikToks, iPhone imagery and other original content while coordinating approved influencer partnerships, the Brand Ambassador Program and social campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content calendars for both Laura Park Designs and Laura Park Interiors across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.

Develop and execute social campaigns supporting product launches, promotions and broader brand initiatives.

Align social content with inventory, promotions and company priorities.

Capture, style and edit on-brand content, including product photography, iPhone imagery, Reels, TikToks and behind-the-scenes content.

Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement across all social accounts.

Research and propose potential influencer partners. Coordinate partnerships from outreach through content execution and performance tracking.

Manage the Brand Ambassador Program, including recruitment, communication, content coordination and tracking required deliverables for the brand's ambassadors.

Coordinate product delivery for influencers, ambassadors, giveaways and social campaigns.

Support brand photoshoots and capture product photography.

Track and report social performance, using insights to strengthen content and improve results.

Use Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom and other creative tools to produce polished digital assets.

Assist with the creative execution of paid social advertising.

Update website imagery and digital assets as needed.

Travel to key trade shows and markets, including Dallas, Atlanta and High Point, as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience managing social media and creating content

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom) with strong creative and design skills.

Content creation expertise, including iPhone photography, video production, and editing.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with social media & email platforms (Later or similar tools preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Ability to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Up-to-date with trends in social media, graphic design, and digital marketing.

Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to jump in where needed.
