The Laura Park 10 Years in Color Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Laura Park Designs, LLC, located at 1033 Providence Road, Charlotte, NC 28207 (“Sponsor”).

The Giveaway begins on August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor, participating prize providers and their respective affiliates, agencies and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

During the Giveaway Period, visit the giveaway post published by @lauraparkdesigns on Instagram and:

Each separate comment tagging a different friend will count as one additional entry. Entrants may not tag the same account more than once, tag themselves, create or use false accounts, or tag accounts without a reasonable belief that the tagged individual would want to receive the notification.

Entrants must maintain a valid Instagram account and continue following @lauraparkdesigns through winner verification.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, unintelligible or otherwise noncompliant entries will be disqualified. Normal internet or mobile carrier charges may apply.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing is expected to take place on or about August 31, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted only by @lauraparkdesigns through Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours. Sponsor will never request payment, credit card information or banking information to award the prize.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release or tax documentation. If the potential winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be verified or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The approximate retail value of the complete prize package is $1,314.07.

Specific colors, patterns, reader strengths and styles will be determined by Sponsor and the applicable prize providers based on availability.

The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an advertised item becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

Prize providers are responsible only for supplying their respective prize components and are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or selection of the winner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating prize providers, Instagram and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Instagram from responsibility related to the Giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disrupts the proper administration of the Giveaway.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and select a winner from eligible entries received before the interruption, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility and award the prize in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://lauraparkdesigns.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Except where prohibited, disputes arising from the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and resolved individually in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
